- Account information: the email address you use to register and sign in, and the verification code sent to that email for login.
- Content you create and submit: your conversations with AI characters, the characters and storylines you create or edit, and profile details such as your nickname and bio.
- Media you upload: avatars, images, and other media files you upload.
We do not collect personal information that is unnecessary for providing the App.
Information collected automatically
- To keep the service secure and reliable, our systems record necessary technical logs, such as device model, operating system version, app version, access time, IP address, and crash logs.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide core features: registration and login, generating AI responses, and storing and displaying the content and conversations you create.
- To send login verification codes and essential service notifications to your email.
- To keep accounts and the service secure, troubleshoot issues, and prevent abuse.
- To review and act on reported content.
3. How We Share Information
To operate the App, we use certain services to process limited information as needed to provide our features. Information is used only for the purposes described below.
- AI processing: to generate responses, your conversation content is sent to an AI service for processing. We transmit only the content necessary to generate a response.
- Email delivery: we use an email service to deliver verification codes and service notifications to your email.
- Media storage: we use a cloud storage service to store the media files you upload.
- Hosting: we use a cloud hosting service to run the App's servers and infrastructure.
Except as described above, we do not sell or rent your personal information. We disclose information only when required by applicable law, when lawfully requested by a competent authority, or when necessary to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.
4. Data Storage and Retention
- Your account information and content are retained while you use the App so we can continue to provide our services.
- When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize the personal information and content associated with your account, except where retention is required by applicable law.
- Logs kept for security and compliance purposes are retained for a reasonable period and then deleted.
5. Your Rights
- Access and correction: you can view and edit your profile and the content you create within the App.
- Account deletion: the App provides account deletion. You can delete your account yourself within the App; once deleted, your account and associated content are removed and cannot be recovered.
- Withdrawing consent: you may withdraw your consent to this Policy by discontinuing use of the App or deleting your account.
